Ask
They were building a leadership programme rooted in care, creativity, and courage rather than crisis. The audience was global, between 18 and 35, and deeply invested in the future. They needed a visual language that could hold that sense of possibility while reflecting the ambition of the programme itself.
Solution
We drew from the programme's values of diversity, care, and ecological interconnectedness. The illustration was designed to feel expansive and optimistic without losing its grounding in the realities of climate work. It became a visual anchor that the team could build the programme's communications around.

Strategy
The brief was intentionally open. One Resilient Earth wanted room for artistic interpretation. We worked with that openness seriously, using the programme's core qualities (care, compassion, creativity, ecological awareness) as the actual design logic.


Result
The illustration became the foundation for the programme's social media presence, with One Resilient Earth's team developing the campaign language directly from the visual world we established.
