Founded in Goa in 1996, Sangath is one of India's leading mental health NGOs. When suicide rates climbed in Goa during the Covid-19 pandemic, they launched a tele-counselling programme that offered people access to therapy over the phone. The programme did so well that Sangath opened an in-person clinical counselling service.

We revamped the brand identity, including a logo refresh, a new visual identity, and a full suite of templates and collaterals that respected the legacy that they’ve built, while allowing them to step into a contemporary avatar for the current times.

Solution

We developed a brand identity that reflected the nature of their work: grounded, trustworthy, and human. The visual language was designed to feel accessible to the people the programme serves, while carrying enough weight and clarity to speak credibly to partners and funders.

Strategy

A rebrand for an established agency requires as much restraint as it does reinvention. We worked carefully to retain what was already recognisable and trusted about The Third Eye, evolving rather than replacing. The templates and collaterals we created gave the team a practical system they could use consistently across every client interaction.

Result

The refreshed identity launched at The Third Eye's 30th anniversary, giving the agency a visual presence that matched the scale and ambition of where they are headed.
